Our house spiced nuts pack contains peanuts, cashews, almonds, macadamia nuts. They are spiced with garlic, chili, shallot, and coated in a small amount of oil then roasted to perfection.

Lake House began operating in 1984. Hand built by artist and builder, the late Allan Wolf-Tasker and his chef and dreamer wife, Alla Wolf-Tasker AM, it was simple in its original mission. A 40-seat weekend only restaurant that might emulate Alla’s experiences of top end French regional hospitality in the 70’s. Fine cooking, local produce, seasonality, great service. A restaurant worthy of a journey in itself, not just a detour. 40 years on, whilst Lake House certainly looks much different to what it was in those early years, our guests continue to remark on the connection and inspiration they feel here. Lake House Signature Daylesford Candle - Limited Edition The ultimate extra-large candle that enhances the atmosphere of a room and is also a beautiful work of art. We have released ten of these exclusive pieces just in time for Mother’s Day. The exquisite ceramic bowl is a commissioned custom-made piece from renowned local ceramicist Bridget Bodenham, featuring botanical illustrations. With over 15 years of expertise in the medium of clay, Bridget's creations transcend the ordinary. From the spinning wheel to the final kiln firing, each ceramic bowl is a testament to her passion and skill, ensuring that no two are alike. The candle has been hand poured into the bowl using soy wax with five cotton wicks for a beautiful glow.
