Served in a large ceramic mug over Scrabble in the library or in a tea glass for a warming welcome, it’s one of our favourite ways to boost the day. Ingredients: Star Anise, Orange Peel, Black Peppercorns, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, All Spice, Berries & Ginger Root. Instructions: Scoop 1 spoon per desired cup and steep for 3.5 minutes. You can also add to a saucepan with apple juice, simmering for 5 minutes. This sweeter spiced “tea” can be served hot or placed in the fridge for that base of an iced tea over the warmer months.
