Dairy Flat Lodge & Farm, located in the hamlet of Musk; just 6km from Lake House and the village of Daylesford Australia, provides an idyllic backdrop with its mountain air, starry skies, lush bushlands and rolling country hills.
The Wolf-Tasker Family together with the team behind Lake House Daylesford, launched Dairy Flat Lodge in 2020.
Located a short 10-minute drive from their flagship hotel, restaurant, spa and the village of Daylesford, Australia – the property is surrounded by rolling hills, the Wombat Forest, mineral water springs and productive farmlands.
A specially designed and curated Lodge featuring original art and furniture commissioned by local makers accommodates up to 12 guests in six private King Suites. This is a special place to gather your tribe and immerse yourselves in the best of country living… albeit with the Lodge Concierge on hand to coordinate activities, light the firepit, mix a good negroni and prepare dinner…
Set on almost 40 picturesque acres, Dairy Flat is a regenerative farm following organic practises, including a productive herb & vegetable garden that already supplies the multi award-winning Lake House kitchens, a newly planted orchard of apples, pears, stone fruit, quince and medlar; a vineyard featuring Pinot Noir and Chardonnay plantings, an established olive grove, ornamental hedgerow gardens, a bake house dedicated to slow-fermented sourdough and a spring-fed dam full of fresh water trout.
Dairy Flat Lodge is available to book exclusively for you and your tribe 12 months in advance. Occasionally availability for individual Suites becomes available and if so, is available to book 8 weeks prior to the reservation date.

Whilst Dairy Flat Lodge is largely reserved for exclusive use, last-minute individual suites are open to book each Monday, 8 weeks in advance.
Each individually keyed Suite can accommodate 2 guests with a private ensuite, walk-in robe, and space for relaxation.
Access to main Lodge areas such as Library, Lounge, Dining, and Kitchen is serviced by the in-house Concierge and is also open for guest use.
