Welcome to Lake House

There’s a rhythm to life at our house on the lake - a sequence of ongoing daily rituals... Bread is rolled, fresh flowers are arranged, coffee is ground, tables are set. Mountains of fresh produce come through the kitchen doors, borne by proud suppliers. Cooks butcher, peel and chop. The rhythm continues on through the day and into the evening, with the soft murmur of guests and the clink of glasses. Final lights out offers a mere few hours respite before the bakers return and the rhythm resumes once again.

Our Daylesford Farm

Dairy Flat Farm Daylesford is our own 38 acre regenerative growing facility 10 minutes down the road from Lake House. Much is still in development, some cannot yet be announced.

So far the property includes five acres of dedicated newly developed vegetable gardens, a working barn for future classes and workshops, 3 hoop houses, a glass house; an orchard of 300 trees; an existing rejuvenated olive grove and a similarly attended to two and a half acre vineyard are now up and flourishing.
