Some evenings feel like stepping into a dream – and this is one we’ve made for you. Imagine a garden in full bloom on a summer’s night, candlelit, humming with music, and waiting for you.

Step through the door and Lake House softens into an enchanted garden after dark: abundant country blooms, herbs scenting the air, beeswax candles from our own hives glowing along shared tables. There’s a whimsy to it all – a night made for gathering with kindred spirits, whether you’ve marked the turning of the year with us many times or are joining our table for the first time.

Champagne and fragrant botanical cocktails greet you on the lakeshore at golden hour. Old friends gather, new ones are made over a drink or two, some of them, we suspect, will be friends for life.

A sumptuous multi-course dinner unfolds – produce drawn from our farm and from the most trusted producers in the country. Pairings our wine team have sought from the depths of our much lauded cellar, are chosen for celebrating with our nearest and dearest.

As the year turns, the room becomes a candlelit jazz club – a singer, piano and double bass, dancing, and much lubrication.
Come set the pace for the year ahead: one of optimism and joy, of creativity and good company, of dancing well past midnight. It is, quite simply, good for the soul.
