How to Join the Festivities:
A not to be missed weekend celebrating with the Wolf-Tasker family, our wonderful tribe and with some very special Lake House friends.
Staying at Lake House or Dairy Flat Lodge.
You’ll recognise their names immediately – some of Australia’s best known folk from hospitality and entertainment will be contributing across our three days of celebration.
Music from the best. Dishes from well-known chefs and restaurateurs, wine and produce from Australia’s top provedores.

Can’t stay the whole weekend? A limited handful of additional tickets are available for our Icon Dinner and The 40th Birthday Gala.
Getting away on Fridays can be difficult. Regardless of whether you manage an early arrival or a last minute late dash, you’ll arrive to a soft landing at our house on the lake. We’ll be ready with champagne and a casual 2 course shared platter style dinner in the Lake House restaurant to ease you into the weekend.
Afterwards make your way into our supper club, where Kate Ceberano will open the celebrations with an intimate show for Hotel & Lodge guests only. Cocktails will be by St Ali and finger food by the inimitable and fabulous Flower Drum, Melbourne.
Cocktails and music followed by a gathering of likeminded guests at shared tables over a menu of some of the most awarded and celebrated dishes from the Lake House repertoire. Dishes that made the pages of London’s Tatler, others made famous on Masterchef Australia over many years. Some that must always be present (with some seasonal variation) for our favourite return guests.
Paired with selected drops from our award winning cellar and from some of our favourite wine making families, we will also be releasing the first wines from our Dairy Flat Farm. These have been produced with great care and consideration by family friend and industry great Michael Dhillon of Bindi Wines, in honour of our late Allan Wolf-Tasker and appropriately named, “The Artist”.

A candlelight dinner with new found and long term friends, commemorating 40 years of Friendship, Joy, Hospitality and Good Food at our house on the lake.
Some of the Australian restaurant world’s best known names contribute to a feast of signature dishes paired with beverages from some of our favourite makers and suppliers.
Great food, wine, shared memories old and new, live music from the extraordinary Raleigh Williams and her band, dancing (of course), fireworks and more than a few surprises!

Breakfast daily in the restaurant.
Morning walks or yoga.
Brunch with the bakers (St Ali Barista and our famous croissants) at Dairy Flat farm. Tour the farm or chat by the firepit in the misty countryside, with new friends (wear your best boots, hats, gloves and scarves).
Mulled wine and toasted marshmallows by the lagoon fire pit.
And then of course there’s THE SPA at Lake House with a myriad of feel good scrubs, rubs and hot mineral water soaks over the weekend. Bliss! But book your treatment early.
