Learn from some of Australia's best & most interesting chefs, producers, growers & winemakers. Classes are held in the purpose built Cooking School kitchen at Lake House.


Spring Masterclass

Sunday 15th September 2019 / 11am – 3:30pm
(coffee from 10.30am) / $195 pp

A day of demonstrations and foodie discussion with some of Australia’s top chefs including:

  • Andrew McConnell – Cutler & Co. Cumulus Inc, Supernormal, Rinky & Pinky, Melbourne
  • Matt Moran – ARIA, Barangaroo House, Chiswick, North Bondi Fish, Paddo Inn Grill, NSW

Hosted by Lake House Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker in The Cooking School at Lake House. Day includes two demonstrations, recipes, tastings, baguette lunch, wine, and refreshments.

Join us for a ‘hands-on’ Masterclass at Lake House – an exclusive opportunity to work with two chefs from the Lake House team in producing a beautiful seasonal menu. Spend a few hours in the purpose-built Cooking School kitchen dealing with the region’s best produce and get to play with some of our “toys”.

Includes a three-hour cooking session, Lake House apron, sit down lunch of the dishes produced, wine, refreshments & recipe folder.
Space is limited to 10 guests per class.

  • Cooking School tickets are non-refundable
  • Tickets are transferable up to 30 days prior to the class but Lake House must be notified at info@lakehouse.com.au
