We are temporarily closed until further notice due to government requirements in the face of the COVID19 pandemic.

We completely understand the necessity for this action and thank you to all our guests, for all your kind messages and good wishes. Our intention is to reopen and welcome you back, as soon as government bodies declare it to be safe to do so.

Not only will you dive deep and get hands-on in the bake house; but you’ll make and taste a range of delicious sourdough products including baguettes, loaves, Danish and doughnuts. Of course, you’ll also take a selection home with you!

Terms and Conditions

  • All events are subject to availability.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and not transferable to other classes.
  • Please note the location details on the ticket – 238 Dairy Flat Road Musk. This is a private property only accessible to guests with a reservation or ticket to a workshop.
  • The bake house at Dairy Flat specialises in slow-fermented sourdough, croissants, doughnuts and more. We use flour from local small scale growers and millers that are GMO-free. We are unable to service gluten-free requests as contamination of trace elements in a baking space is high risk.
  • Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure all events continue as planned – we are subject to last-minute changes in event of unavoidable circumstances.
