Coming Soon... Happy Melon x Lake House

Treat yourself to some much needed rest and relaxation at Lake House, when Happy Melon Team host three nights of nourishment in Daylesford. Set beside Lake Daylesford on 6 acres of stunning country gardens, this is the ultimate country retreat.

The retreat includes three nights accommodation, all meals inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks based around Lake House’s good food philosophies of quality produce, slow fermentation, from scratch cooking techniques and no added unnecessary nasties. Morning yoga, daily meditation, and a fitness/mat pilates class, plus nature walks, optional spa treatments, mindfulness activities and much more.

The Itinerary

Below is an outline of what your retreat experience may look like. You can choose from a variety of activities during your stay, all of which are crafted to help you relax, recharge and reconnect.

MONDAY

3pm: Check-in
5pm: Opening Circle at Dairy Flat Farm with a private tour of the farm gardens
6:30pm: Dinner
8:30pm: Relaxation meditation

TUESDAY 

6:30am: Yoga + Meditation
8am: Breakfast
10:30am: Nature walk or fitness/mat pilates class
12:30pm: Lunch
2:30pm: ‘Exactly What You Need’ – choose from a variety of activities including:
+ Self-Compassion Masterclass + Meditation (complementary)
+ Spa Treatment at the Lake House Spa (additional cost)
+ Or simply take some time for you (have a bath, stroll through town, get lost in a good book)
6:30pm: Dinner
8:30pm: Sound Shower

WEDNESDAY 

6:30am: Yoga + Meditation
8am: Breakfast
10:30am: Nature walk or fitness/mat pilates class
12:30pm: Lunch
2:30pm: ‘Exactly What You Need’ – choose from a variety of activities including:
+ Navigating Transitions Workshop + Meditation (complimentary)
+ Spa Treatment at the Lake House Spa (additional cost)
+ Or simply take some time for you (have a bath, stroll through town, get lost in a good book)
6:30pm: Dinner
8:30pm: Relaxation Meditation

THURSDAY

6:30am: Yoga + Meditation
8:30am: Breakfast
10am: Closing Circle
11am: Check out

Extend your stay: Opt into additional Spa treatments throughout the day on Thursday and receive a complimentary late check out of 3pm.
