To secure all reservations through our online reservation system a 10% deposit is required immediately. This is a 10% non-refundable administration fee.

If your reservation is outside 30 days prior to arrival please note that the balance of the package will be charged to the same card by the Front Office Team – 30 days prior to your reservation date.

If your reservation is within 30 days of arrival the full 100% payment of your package will be processed on the card provided.

Payment by Credit Card will incur a transaction fee: Visa & MasterCard will attract a 1% surcharge; Amex & Diners Club will attract a 1.75%.

We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect you against unexpected changes to your travel plans.

• In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, the 10% non-refundable administration fee is retained in the event the booking is cancelled or unable to be fulfilled. Any credit card surcharges are also retained.
• In the event of cancellation 14 to 30 days prior to arrival, the balance of package can be used in credit for future stays within 12 months. No refund applies.
• In the event of cancellation within 14 days of arrival, 100% of payment is retained as a cancellation fee.
• In the event that services are impossible to fulfill due to natural disaster, state of emergency, pandemic, or similar – deposits paid will act as a credit towards future stays. No refunds will be issued.

• All Gift Vouchers are valid for a 12-month period starting from the date of purchase.
• All Gift Vouchers are redeemable based on current pricing until the expiration date.
• Any vouchers used outside of 12 months from the purchase date may incur additional charges due to price increases.
• All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Voucher is redeemable in one visit only.
• Voucher reference number must be quoted on booking and original voucher paperwork must be presented upon arrival.
• Hotel Vouchers: A minimum of two nights stay applies over weekends and three nights over long weekends. In case of cancellation, voucher can be transferred to another date, 14 – 30 days prior to arrival. Voucher will be void if cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival.
• Spa Vouchers: Please note if the recipient wants to utilise the gift voucher on a public holiday, normal surcharge applies.
• Impossibility Clause: In the event that services are impossible to fulfill due to natural disaster, state of emergency, pandemic, or similar – deposits paid will act as a credit towards future stays. No refunds will be issued.

• All events are subject to availability.
• Events & Workshop tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets are transferable up to 30 days prior to the class but Lake House must be notified at info@lakehouse.com.au
• Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure all events continue as planned – we are subject to last-minute changes in event of unavoidable circumstances.
