Our hands-on classes, conducted by two senior chefs from the Lake House team and with a maximum of ten participants, are usually based on a menu of 3 seasonal dishes. These are selected to include techniques useful and interesting for a wide variety of levels in cooking experience and capability. Work with the region’s best produce; learn new techniques, tips and ideas.
Includes a three-hour cooking session, Cooking School apron, sit down lunch of the dishes produced, wine, refreshments & recipe folder. Space is limited to 10 guests per class.
Note that although none of the classes are specifically vegetarian, quite often because of the plethora of beautiful fresh produce from our farm and the region, vegetarian dishes may be included as part of the class menu.
Our sit-down lunch comprises the dishes that have been prepared by you. For the lunch, every attempt will be made to cater for allergies and any critical dietary requirements – as long as plenty of advance notice is given.
