Summer Berry Tea
This fragrant, sweet blend combines some of the region’s best ingredients including Elderberry which is renowned for its high levels of Vitamin C and antioxidants, making it a powerful drink for those wanting to boost their immune system. The combination of four different types of berries with floral notes makes it a relaxing and calming tea drunk warm in the morning or over ice in the afternoon.
Ingredients: Blackberries, elderberries, raspberry, strawberry, rosehip shells, hibiscus, black tea, peppermint and lemon peel.
Instructions: Scoop 2 general spoons into a teapot or strainer. Pour 750ml of boiling water over the mix, allowing it to steep for 4 minutes, or until desired strength is reached. Infusion can be reserved in the fridge and used as an iced tea served with lemon and mint on warmer days.
